1. Frank Anastasi appeals an order denying his motion for post-conviction relief under Wis. Stat. § 974.06 (2001-02). He claims that the State breached his plea agreement and failed to provide exculpatory information and that trial counsel performed ineffectively by failing to raise a competency issue.
